Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear, washing or damage.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
